Facing the Arc de Triomphe, this apartment features an elegant Nolla floor and original moldings. Previous renovations had hidden the original flooring, and many of the moldings were in poor condition, necessitating careful intervention. This project focused on the meticulous restoration of all the heritage elements while incorporating modern facilities to meet contemporary needs.

The new layout introduces an open kitchen that connects seamlessly to the dining area, separating it from the bedrooms and living room. This design is based on the idea of prioritizing the daytime area, the space most utilized by this family with two young children. The hallways are transformed from mere passageways into storage areas and a small guest bathroom. The chosen neutral tones enhance the beauty of the Nolla mosaic, keeping it a prominent feature throughout the space.
